Crone is part of a short anthology of films entitled Maiden, Mother, and Crone.  Myself and two other graduate students, Lindsay Vitale and Madeleine Bishop, each wrote a short piece that we passed off to be directed by one of the other two.

 

Crone  Maiden, Mother, and has underlying currents dealing with the complex cycles that women face at different points during their lives.  

 

Crone in particular is a story about Sam and Mara as they wander around the small beach town they now share and navigate the nature of their friendship.
